Our mobile wood ovens serve at private events throughout Denver, the Front Range, and the Colorado mountains.  We offer upfront pricing to help in planning your event. Our prices are competitive and we welcome you to explore the many other wonderful options for catering in Colorado.  We think you will find that Basic Kneads offers a great value along with a unique experience.

We are a small business, with a small team.  We aim to provide the highest quality food available at any event.  For this reason, we do not take events with more than 150 people with us as the sole food provider, or events with more than 300 people with multiple food options.  If you are wondering how many guests you should plan to see at your event, check out our FAQ page for more info on that topic.

Private Party Catering Service​

• The most reliable and professional team in the industry to serve your event

• Pricing starts at $17/person

• Unlimited pizza for the time of service (initial pricing is for 1 hour of service)

• Menu with our classic pies: Margherita, Pepperoni; along with 2 specialty pizzas of your choice from our current catering menu

• Disposable paper plates, napkins, and forks provided

• Buffet style service (we will hand-serve your plates from in front of the oven)

• Arrival no less than 45 minutes prior to service, 1 hour of food service, 30 minutes of clean-up (additional food service hours are $400 per hour)

• Minimums range from $800-$2500 depending on your date and event details

Menu Add-ons:

• While pizza is our passion, we also serve delicious salads, appetizers, and desserts that make our mouths water and bring your guests back for more and more

• We can add canned drinks, lemonade, or water to any event to keep your to-do list to a minimum as you get ready to host

Additional Charges/Info

• Your total cost will include the food cost, any additional options you choose, tax, travel, and tip.

• 20% gratuity included with all catering

• Tax is additional and charged at the local rate 

• Mileage charge of $2.50 per mile round trip from  9255 W Alameda Ave L, Lakewood, CO 80226

• A signed contract and 50% food cost deposit will book your date

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Additional long-distance charges will be included in your estimate for any event more than 60 miles from Lakewood.  They range from $150-$1000 and cover wages, meals, and housing for our team while on the road.
